The Role
As a Recruitment Consultant at Zest, you'll:
* Build and develop your own market within food manufacturing
* Manage and grow long-term client relationships
* Identify, engage, and place high-quality candidates
* Deliver a consultative, high-quality recruitment service
* Take full ownership of your desk and performance

* Uncapped commission (our established consultants earn £100k+)

You'll be joining a team of 18 consultants, many of whom have grown their careers at Zest.

* Most of our Directors, Principal and Senior Consultants started as trainees
