About the Role

We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Art Teacher to join secondary schools across Warwickshire and Coventry. This is an exciting opportunity for a talented educator to inspire creativity and artistic expression in students across Key Stages 3 and 4 (KS5 desirable).The position is full-time, with both temporary and potential permanent opportunities available for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging and creative art lessons in line with the national curriculum.
• Inspire students of varying abilities to develop their artistic skills and confidence
• Assess, monitor, and report on student progress
• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment
• Contribute to the wider school community and departmental development

Requirements

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - essential
• Proven UK teaching experience within a secondary school setting
• Strong subject knowledge and a passion for Art and Design
• Excellent classroom management and communication skills
• Ability to motivate and engage students
