Zest Education is currently recruiting enthusiastic and dedicated Teaching Assistants to work full-time in a variety of secondary schools throughout Staffordshire. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about supporting young people and helping them achieve their potential in the classroom.

The Role

As a Teaching Assistant, you will:

• Support teachers in delivering engaging lessons
• Work with students on a one-to-one basis and in small groups
• Help maintain a positive learning environment
• Support pupils with additional learning needs where required
• Assist with classroom preparation and daily school activities

Requirements

• Previous experience working with young people is desirable
• A passion for education and supporting students
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A positive and proactive attitude
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one
